The listed price includes VAT for orders within the UK & EU.

 

When ordering goods from MOI London for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Please note that when ordering from MOI London, you are considered to be the 'Importer of Record' and as a result, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

 As the customer, you are responsible for items not collected from your courier or postal office that you have been notified of. In the event that they are returned to us, the customer will be liable for the reshipping of the order

We deliver to all countries around the world and offer different shipping options to meet your needs. To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we ship with Royal Mail UK. 

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours . Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 

We ship only with Royal Mail UK Standard Service (delivery 2-5 working days) within the UK, but you’re free to ask other options that we might have on a special occasion. All non UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked Service.

 

If there is any damage to goods or packaging, or discrepancy in the order, please notify the courier immediately.

Our warehouse is closed for UK Bank Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.
